There is still little comprehensive published info on PSP's. I've used what I could find on Technet and Metalink, Oracle Press 101 Web Applications by Stan Vesterli has a few pages on PSPs. Oracle8i Application Developer's Guide Chapter 15 touches on it a little.

Since we are soon upgrading to 9i, I am ordering Bradley Brown's new book: Oracle9i Web Developement (Oracle Press). This updated version has PSP info. I am hoping it does more than just covering the basics. Our team has learned the complex stuff mostly by trial & error.

The key to psp is to follow the examples on technet
on how and where to place the plsql. Once you get used to it its much easier than using toolkit. The biggest pain is having to loadpsp instead of just making changes and recompiling a procedure/package.

Hope this was helpful.
